Lars Ulrich (født 26. desember 1963 i Gentofte kommune) er en dansk musiker og en av grunnleggerne av det amerikanske thrash metal-bandet Metallica. I sin ungdom var han et meget lovende tennistalent, og Ulrich flyttet til Los Angeles i California i en alder av 16 for å utvikle seg.
