25 de abr. de 2024 · John Fred, the lead vocalist of the band, was inspired by The Beatles’ song “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds,” as he admitted in an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine in 1971. Initially, he wrote the lyrics as a parody of The Beatles’ tune, and the band created a melody from scratch. The song’s title itself also has a humorous backstory.
