Demons & Wizards is the debut album by Demons & Wizards, a side-project by Hansi Kürsch of Blind Guardian and Jon Schaffer of Iced Earth. Released in February 2000, the album was recorded with the help of Jim Morris , who plays lead guitar on almost all tracks, and by Mark Prator on drums.

Generally considered by anyone with a vested interest in hard rock as their best album, Uriah Heep released ‘Demons and Wizards’ in the spring of 1972. While I have always preferred the previous LP ‘Look at Yourself’ as my personal favorite, there is no denying that the Heep was hitting on all cylinders with ’Demons’.
