2 de ene. de 2024 · Harry Crosby’s Life After World War II. Back in Iowa, Harry Crosby resumed the life he’d left behind after Pearl Harbor. He returned to his wife, and graduated from Iowa University with an M.A. in 1947. Crosby taught, developed a pilot training program in Pakistan, and wrote a book about his experience in World War II, A Wing and a Prayer.

He had a strong sense of values that was in everything he said and did. He was the nicest guy in the world, but he could be tough – and in being tough he was often the best kind of friend.”.
