Robert DoQui (20 April 1934 – 9 February 2008; age 73) was the Oklahoma-born actor who played Noggra in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fourth season episode "Sons of Mogh". DOQUI, ROBERT (1934–2008). Stage and screen actor Robert DoQui not only had a prolific career but also helped change how the film industry treated minorities. Born Bobby Williams on April 20, 1934, in Stillwater, Oklahoma, he was raised by his grandmother, Mary McKnight, a cook for an Oklahoma State University fraternity.
