This one should've been a shoe-in for my Compilation Of The Year in 1999, but it relies too heavily on Coil for my tastes. There's still some great songs here, of course, because it wouldn't be Toad without them. Of the two new ones, P.S. is kind of ho-hum, and the bizarre Silo Lullaby is actually good, albeit an interesting theme to tackle.
