Calvin Johnson, Jr. (* 29.September 1985 in Newnan, Georgia) ist ein ehemaliger US-amerikanischer American-Football-Spieler auf der Position des Wide Receivers.Er spielte seine gesamte Karriere für die Detroit Lions in der National Football League (NFL) und trägt den Spitznamen „Megatron“. Johnson wurde von den Detroit Lions als zweiter Spieler im NFL Draft 2007 ausgewählt.
Calvin Johnson Jr., a 6’5”, 237-pound wide receiver out of Georgia Tech, was a two-time All-American who received the 2006 Biletnikoff Award as the nation’s top receiver and the Atlantic Coast Conference Player of The Year. He was drafted second overall in the 2007 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions where he spent his entire nine-year career.

He was born to Arica Johnson, a public school administrator, and Calvin Johnson Sr., a freight conductor for Norfolk Southern Railway. Johnson Jr. was uniquely blessed with many physical gifts.
