Paul, I made an account on reddit today just for this. You are one of my biggest guitar heroes, I own every single Butthole Surfers record and STILL regularly listen to them. One of my other favorite bands, Ween, have cited Butthole Surfers as one of their biggest influences.
Butthole Surfers are an American rock band formed in San Antonio, Texas, by singer Gibby Haynes and guitarist Paul Leary in 1981. The band has had numerous personnel changes, but its core lineup of Haynes, Leary, and drummer King Coffey has been consistent since 1983. Teresa Nervosa served as second drummer from 1983 to 1985, 1986 to 1989, and 2009.

He was originally from Canton, Massachusetts, born to the late Charles F. and Frances S. Leary. Paul received his Doctorate in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1969.
