12 de feb. de 2007 · Allure has always captivated me, ever-since they came out in 1997 with their self-titled debut album. I was hooked on the cd immediately, but loved 2001's "Sunny Days" album even more. I was so shocked and excited when I found out that Allure had a new CD out.. I thought they were completely out of the picture, but thank God that's not true!

Allure began when Alia Davis, Lalisha McLean and Akissa Mendez were studying at the LaGuardia High School for the Performing Arts. The girls wanted to expand their musical experience by forming a group and recruited Linni Belcher, Davis' friend to join. The girls got their first drive for a music career after winning a talent show together, singing a song written by one of their friends.
