I remember getting this on a cold snowy winter day the first day it came out in Salina, Kansas at the famous "House Of Sight And Sound". The music on this disc kind of resembles The Cars and adds some flavor from Jules Shear who he collaborated with on this album.
Elliot Easton (born Elliot Steinberg, December 18, 1953) ... Easton released one solo album, Change No Change (1985), featuring songs co-written with Jules Shear. One single, "(Wearing Down) Like a Wheel", was released and became a moderate hit on the rock charts.

Listening to 'Change no Change' it's easy to see why Elliot Easton's solo career never really took off. The guitar playing on this Cd is top drawer as is the production and most of the songs are pretty good too but Easton just isn't a distinctive or powerful enough vocalist to really bring the songs to life.
