8 de dic. de 2006 · Now that I need to lose some weight again (I stopped working out when I had my kids) It just seemed logical to do Cher's Body Confidence dance aerobic video again. You burn like 580 calories. There is another workout on the video (a strength training with bands routine) but I cant comment on it, I never did it.
The second dvd, body confidence, is new to me but just as good. They're not great at explaining what to do but you soon get the idea and are burning calories, whilst Cher pouts her way through the routines, in no time. Certainly feel they are good for fitness and weightloss, though I am yet to invest in a spangly Cher-style leotard!!
