LP, Album. On The Night is coming as an expanded pressing in a live Dire Straits box set in early November, along with Alchemy, also expanded, At The BBC and Rainbow 1979. CD box too! This is my second time watching the DVD and can't believe the amazing vocals from Mark.
Do not create a 2CD version of this release containing the Encores CD. There has never been a release containing these two in one package, only a limited edition run of On The Night as a 2 CD slim jewelcase with room to store Encores which had to be bought separately. On the Night is the second live album by the British rock band Dire Straits, released on 10 May 1993 by Vertigo Records internationally, and by Warner Bros. Records in the United States. The album features many of the band's later hits, including the singles "Walk of Life" and "Money for Nothing". The cover art of the album features dishes of the Very Large Array in central New Mexico.
