Zanetta Farussi eller Maria Giovanna Farussi, född i Venedig den 27 augusti 1707, död i Dresden den 29 november 1776, var en italiensk skådespelare, operasångare och kompositör. Hon var mor till Giacomo Casanova. Vid återkomsten till Venedig engagerades hon vid Teatro San Samuele.
