As “the church”- the body of Christ- we each have different, yet vital functions. We bring a complete image of Jesus out into the world when we work together.
As is true of all believers in Christ, we are members of His one Body, the church. In order to practice the oneness of the Body with all the Christians in Columbus, we meet as the church in Columbus. We are in fellowship with over 2,000 local churches worldwide to express the one Body of Christ.

The church was one of the first African American congregations in the city of Columbus, OH to have an 8:00 AM worship service. As with Scarborough the church continued to be a leader in the civic and faith communities.
Our services and community groups meet on campus at Ohio State & our priority is making disciples of all nations through making disciples at OSU. As a church on campus at Ohio State, we exist to love God & our neighbors, reach the next generation & send missionaries out into the world.
Rhema Christian Center is an Ephesians Four Church that recognizes and operates in alignment with the five ascension gifts of Christ: Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers; for the purpose of identifying, training, maturing, and releasing God’s people to reach the lost, to build up His Body and change our world.
