  1. WELCOME TO FOREST HILL CI. Forest Hill Collegiate has a long history. The original building was erected in 1948 by the Board of Education for the Village of Forest Hill. A total renovation of the school began in 1992 and the additions to the building were completed in the spring of 1994. Classrooms are spread over four floors.
