I've been very interested in film music since I was a teenager and Jerry's music has always moved me in a special way. This recording with London Symphony Orchestra, my favourite one, is a truly great experience to listen again and again. The recording is outstanding.

Things get off to a disappointing start with Star Trek: The Motion Picture, momentary pauses/fades robbing the piece of its original exuberant glory.
