Sami Yaffa (oikealta nimeltään Sami Takamäki, s.4. syyskuuta 1963 Espoo) on suomalainen basisti.Hän on tullut tunnetuksi Pelle Miljoona Oy:n, 1980-luvun Hanoi Rocksin, Jetboyn, Demolition 23:n ja 2000-luvulla myös New York Dollsin jäsenenä. Muusikko Jone Takamäki on Yaffan isoveli.. Yaffa on toiminut vuoden 2010 alusta Michael Monroen nimeä kantavan yhtyeen basistina.
