The Welsh band have relentlessly toured the world and released some of the UK’s most candid, dynamic, guitar-driven indie rock of the 2010s. Named after Australian busker Catfish the Bottleman, who inspired frontman Van McCann as a child, the band first gathered steam as runners-up at the 2009 North Wales Battle of the Bands.

Disfrutando el “ride” mientras dure. The Ride es el título del segundo disco de Catfish and the Bottlemen, cuarteto galés que busca el trono del rock británico –aunque se ve lejano–. Este nuevo y esperado material cuenta con 11 tracks entre los que hay ciertos chispazos y buenos momentos pero en general se mantiene en un mismo nivel –el cual, por cierto, no es muy alto–.
