Chris Reifert (Concord, 23 febbraio 1969) è un batterista statunitense di genere metal, fondatore del gruppo death metal Autopsy. Suonò nel disco d'esordio dei Death Scream Bloody Gore. Lasciati i Death, Reifert si trasferì a San Francisco e vi fondò nel 1988 gli Autopsy.

Chris Reifert medverkade på Deaths debutalbum Scream Bloody Gore från 1987, men lämnade bandet samma år för att tillsammans med Eric Cutler grunda Autopsy.Bandet släppte fyra fullängdsalbum, innan de splittrades 1995.
