Gene Parsons of the Byrds recorded and released his first solo album, Kindling for Warner Bros. Records in 1973. It received praise from virtually every rock and audiophile critic. That classic album was combined with Gene's finest moments with the Byrds and the mid-'70s Flying Burrito Bros. On the extended 1994 Sierra CD entitled The Kindling ...
