Our intention in sharing this plan is to offer a road map to a return to production in 2024 with as much transparency as possible. 2023. Cal Shakes will not produce theater of its own in 2023, but will open our space to outside partners.

16 de may. de 2024 · The Bruns Amphitheatre is located at: 100 California Shakespeare Theater Way, Orinda CA 94563, which is about 7 miles from Berkeley and Oakland, just off Highway 24. Take the Wilder Road exit and follow signs (less than 1/4 mile) to the Cal Shakes parking lot—look for the blue banners! There’s free parking onsite.

The Bruns Amphitheatre is located at 100 California Shakespeare Theater Way, Orinda CA 94563, which is about 7 miles from Berkeley and Oakland, just off Highway 24. There’s free parking onsite, or you can take BART to the Orinda station and catch the free shuttle, which runs every 20 minutes beginning two hours before each performance.

The production, “As You Like It,” directed by Elizabeth Carter, will mark the company’s 50th anniversary and run Sept. 12-29 at the Bruns Amphitheater in Orinda.
