7 de feb. de 2024 · ‘Lonesome’ Dave Peverett finally succumbed to his illness in 2000. It was a devastating blow, but Roger felt Dave would have wanted them to continue. “Dave was the heart and soul of this band,” Roger says. “Even when he started to get sick, he was still great to play with.”
Dave Peverett, född David Jack Peverett 16 april 1943 i London, död 7 februari 2000, var en brittisk sångare, gitarrist och låtskrivare. Han blev känd som Lonesome Dave. Peverett började sin musikerbana på 1960-talet i Savoy Brown Blues Band som kompgitarrist.
