Michael Paradinas, souvent abrégé Mike Paradinas, est né en 1971 dans le quartier de Wimbledon à Londres. Il commence à jouer du piano à l'âge de six ans, et s'intéresse alors petit à petit à la musique. Il est notamment marqué par les compilations 1962-1966 et 1967-1970 des Beatles achetées l'année suivante par son frère.
Carriera. Mike Paradinas è nato a Charing Cross e ha iniziato a suonare la tastiera all'inizio degli anni ottanta. In quel periodo ascoltava musica new wave di gruppi come The Human League, New Order e Heaven 17. Fece parte di qualche gruppo minore verso la metà della decade; inoltre trascorse otto anni come tastierista del gruppo Blue Innocence.
