When I was younger, I always thought that it was Michael Gambon in the flashback because it looked exactly like him. I just assumed that Richard Harris died during the making so they brought in Michael Gambon to play the younger version of him, however i rewatched CoS the other day and the young Dumbledore sounds exactly like Richard Harris not Michael Gambon.
