I’m an American who has only fallen in love with British comedy/culture in the last 6-8 years (ish). Like many Americans of a certain age, I was exposed to Benny Hill growing up, and a very limited number of British shows/characters, etc. Julian Clary seems incredibly familiar to me, but his IMDB doesn’t seem to answer my question of why.

Julian Clary (Image: PA) He has lived in his 15th century house for more than 10 years now. It actually used to be famous playwright Noël Coward’s residence and it's rumoured to be haunted.
