From Reception, everyone at Tower House is in The Bookmark Club! We make time every day to ensure the boys can read for pleasure and experience the simple joy of being lost in a book. Regular D.E.A.R (Drop Everything and Read) sessions occur throughout the school and we encourage opportunities for paired reading, time for Senior School boys to read with our younger boys from the Junior School.
Term Dates. Term dates are agreed and published at least 18 months in advance. We liaise closely to align term dates and avoid clashes of key events with the Old Vicarage School, where many of our boy’s sisters attend and with whom we have a close collaboration.

Inspection report: Tower House School, 6-7 March 2007 4 Pupils make good progress across the schools. When they join the junior school at Tower House, their abilities are well above those normally expected for their age. This is as a result of the good teaching they receive in the nursery school, combined with good support from home.
