In 2007, New York University Tisch School of the Arts Asia opened in Singapore. The school featured four programs: Animation & Digital Arts (2008-2014), Dramatic Writing (2008-2014), International Media Producing (2011-2013) and Film (2007-2015).
Tracks include: Dance, Drama, Production & Design, Dramatic Writing, Filmmaking, Game Design, Photography and Imaging, and Recorded Music. We rigorously explore the interplay between critical theory and creative practice. We provide a one-of-a-kind encounter with activists, artists, theorists and curators from diverse disciplines and interests.
Full-tuition fellowships and partial-tuition scholarships are available. Awards are made on the basis of artistic excellence, demonstrated ability, professional promise, and financial need. Fellowships and tuition scholarships are applied toward the cost of tuition. We also offer Production Associate (PA) positions.
22 de ago. de 2019 · New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and NYU Shanghai have launched a low-residency yearlong Master of Arts in Interactive Media Arts. In its inaugural year, the program will combine two semesters of online study with three required in-person residencies at NYU sites in Shanghai, New York and Berlin.
