The building itself is great having several studios located over 3 floors. Franklin street itself is OK, although the neighboorhood can be quite shady in the evenings ( cars get broken in quite easy).

Grace Maduell Holmes, a former San Francisco Ballet student and company soloist who went on to dance at the Birmingham Royal Ballet in England, officially steps into the role in January.
