Sidwell Friends strongly believes that fully understanding employees’ needs helps the School recruit, motivate, and retain outstanding employees. All full-time employees, part-time faculty working a minimum of 0.5 FTE, and part-time staff employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week, for a full contract year, are considered benefits eligible.

Ibrahim Toure is the head coach of the boys' varsity soccer program. He has 13 years of experience coaching travel and high school soccer. His most notable roles include Youth Coach for the New York Red Bulls, Director of Goalkeeping and Head Coach at Pennsylvania Rush Soccer, and Assistant Varsity Soccer Coach at the Landon School, where he helped the team to capture the IAC Championship in 2021.
