Una vez descargado el archivo, sólamente hay que extraerlo, copiar la carpeta ya extraída llamada "www" y pegarla directamente donde instalamos el juego, por defecto en: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fear & Hunger. Le damos a "Reemplazar los archivos en el destino" y listo, ya deberíamos tener el juego completamente en español.
Para los que no les funciona en lugar de eliminar los archivos solamente de la carpeta original, utilicen la función de copiador y cuando les mande el cuadro de alerta elijan remplazar con los archivos nuevos. Con eso no deberían de tener problema. ¡Una guía para el juego "Fear & Hunger "! Guía enfocada en traducir el juego al español.
