28 de sept. de 2023 · In 1995 the game was introduced in Europe, one year later in North-America, both on Sega CD. Due to the fact that the Sega CD was hiding in the shadows of Sony’s Playstation 1 that was released in 1996, Snatcher didn’t reach a mainstream audience outside of Japan. Unfortunately the game never made it onto the playstation format.

28 de jun. de 2012 · Snatcher (Sega Mega CD) By request, today I'm taking a quick look at Snatcher, Hideo Kojima's next project after he finished Metal Gear. It was originally made in 1988 for the PC-8801 home computer, but only in Japanese (you wouldn't find many PC-88s outside of Japan).

22 de jun. de 2022 · I've never played Snatcher before even though I'm a big fan of Kojima's games and weirdness. I sort of caught the Metal Gear Mk.II reference in MGS4 just by my Kojima research osmosis and always wanted to get around to it. Recently I picked up a Mega SG and after connecting my Sega CD to it, a friend of mine who owns a copy let me borrow it.
