Good live sound recording, with Kasim’s bass and Prairie Prince’ drums holding down a solid anchor supporting Todd and Jesse Gress guitar work, and The Cars’ Greg Hawkes keyboard work. As usual with Todd the harmonies are pristine perfect, with the familiar voice of Kasim Sultan hitting all the high parts seamlessly. A great live package.

Rundgren published a memoir called The Individualist: Digressions, Dreams, and Dissertations in 2018, then embarked on a celebration of the Beatles' 1968 double album with the tour It Was Fifty Years Ago Today: A Tribute to the Beatles' White Album that featured Micky Dolenz, Christopher Cross, and Joey Molland.

Which brings us back to the book that the “Individualist” tour supports. As idiosyncratic as its author, the book is a linear series of isolated memories of his formative years.
