WhatsApp have not created a version of the WhatsApp Business app for Windows, they only created that mobile app version for Android and iOS devices, the only way to use that on a Windows device would be with an Android Emulator.

5 de nov. de 2022 · Hi Hania, I appreciate your response, but unfortunately, the problem is not solved after reinstalling WhatsApp. Moreover, the "Keep Me Signed in" box is not visible on the page where the barcode is scanned. Each time I launch the App after exiting, it still requires a login by scanning the barcode.
