Luis XIV ecuestre. Luis XIV. ecuestre. Hacia 1708. Bronce, 56 x 32 cm. Grupo alegórico de pequeño tamaño, en bronce. Se compone de la figura del Rey viste a la romana, a caballo, llevando el cetro en la mano derecha y con la izquierda las riendas del animal que tiene levantadas ambas patas. Sobre la base hay dos vencidos derribados por tierra.

The doctors were powerless, and after several months of cogitation the king underwent surgery that proved successful.
