Michael Peter Balzary, meglio noto come Flea (Melbourne, 16 ottobre 1962), è un musicista e attore australiano naturalizzato statunitense, bassista e cofondatore dei Red Hot Chili Peppers.. È considerato uno dei bassisti più virtuosi della scena rock e funk (specialmente per la sua tecnica dello slap nei primi cinque lavori del gruppo) e in generale tra i migliori di tutti i tempi.
