Eugène Boudin (Honfleur 12.7.1824–8.8.1898 Deauville) war ein französischer Landschaftsmaler, der für kleinformatigen Strandszenen von Le Havre berühmt ist. Mitte der 1850er Jahre trat Boudin in seine reife Phase ein und widmete sich Pleinair-Studien in der Tradition der Schule von Barbizon.
