After Wolfgang Flür left Kraftwerk in 1987, he decided that he’d had enough of music. “As a student, I had trained in furniture design and that’s what I went back to,” explains Flür. “But when music has taken hold of your life, it’s not very easy to just walk away and end that relationship… that love affair. The album “Time Pie“ (EMI Electrola) was released in 1996 in co-production with Andi Toma of Mouse on Mars.   5. Wolfgang Flür. Perfil: German drummer and musician. He was born 17 July 1947 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. During his school years, in Düsseldorf, he founded in 1966 his first amateur Group "The Beathovens" followed by the "Spirits Of Sound" with Michael Rother and Wolfgang Riechmann. From 1973 to 1987 he was a member of Kraftwerk .
