Potter is a British sitcom written by Roy Clarke. Running for three series, it originally starred Arthur Lowe as Redvers Potter, a busybody former sweet manufacturer ("Pottermints - the hotter mints") with time on his hands following retirement. Set in suburban South London, the series followed Potter in his various attempts to keep himself occupied by interfering in other people's business.
Lowe's is found in Park Central Crossing at 8383 Memorial Boulevard, within the north-west region of Port Arthur (a few minutes walk from The Medical Center of Southeast Texas).The appliance store is located in a convenient area that essentially serves the people of Bridge City, Port Neches, Orangefield, Nederland, Groves, Orange and Beaumont.

Arthur Lowe (født 22. september 1915 – død 15. april 1982) var en engelsk skuespiller kjent fra tv-serien Dad's Army.. Han ble mest kjent for sin rolle som karakteren kaptein George Mainwaring i den populære britiske komiserien Dad's Army som ble sendt mellom 1968 og 1977.Lowe gjorde sin debut som skuespiller på Hulme Hippodrome repertoar-teater i den engelske byen Manchester i 1945.
