John Cho (born 16 June 1972; age 51) is the featured actor who portrayed Hikaru Sulu in Star Trek, Star Trek Into Darkness, and Star Trek Beyond. Dr John Cho - prosthodontist John completed his schooling in Sydney and went on to study Dentistry at the University of Sydney, receiving his BDS with Honours in 2003. Following graduation, John spent two years in private practice in Parkes in country NSW, before returning to Sydney to undertake specialist training in Prosthodontics.
