In 1998 we invented a reclusive artist named Darko Maver. His life was set in former Yugoslavia and heavily influenced by the ongoing war. His early works were life-size sculptures supposedly made of wax, rubber and fabric. He roamed ex-Yugoslavia depositing gruesomely realistic puppets of murder victims in abandoned buildings and hotel rooms.

No Fun (2010) No Fun is a video in which we simulated a suicide and filmed viewers’ reactions. It is staged on a popular website that pairs random people from around the world for webcam-based conversations. Thousands watched Franco hanging from the ceiling, swinging slowly for hours, without being able to know whether it was reality or fiction.
