Dean Close is a popular school for military girls and boys aged 7 to 18. The generous military discount (irrespective of rank) enables over 150 military boarders to be central to the strong full boarding community of 370 pupils. 90% of pupils go on to University with some choosing to go straight into the Armed Forces or the creative arts.

Sitting on a beautifully landscaped 50-acre site in the Regency town of Cheltenham, Dean Close School is an attractive mixture of old, traditional buildings and modern, hi-tech facilities. The School was opened in 1886 in memory of Francis Close, Rector of Cheltenham 1826–55 and later Dean of Carlisle, and has been co-educational since 1967.
Dean Close Foundation is a Registered Charity, number 1086829. It exists to provide quality education for children aged 0 to 18.

Boarder (No Visa) £1,500.00. Boarder (Child Student Visa) Year 3-5. £9,500.00. Boarder (Child Student Visa) Year 6-8. £12,000.00. The repayment of deposits is linked to the settlement of final fee invoices upon the departure of the pupil from Dean Close School.
