16 de feb. de 2016 · Unfortunately, the pond fish showed no signs of improvement, even after trying salt and an internal bacterial treatment, and we had to resort to the clove oil tonight and euthanise the little fella. So sorry that we couldn't solve the instability problem, but the fish only seem to get increasingly poorly and we thought that euthanising was the best course of action.
8 de ago. de 2019 · Note: If you’re running a UV clarifier you should turn this off before adding beneficial bacteria. UV light can kill bacteria before it can establish, so give it a few days before switching on your UV unit. Also, any algaecide treatments will destroy your added bacteria, so make sure to wait a few weeks after a treatment before supplementing your pond water.
