HM “C” SCHOOL PACKAGES ARE TO BE SUBMITTED NO LESS THAN 13 MONTHS PRIOR TO PRD. Once Sailors are in 12 month PRD window they are assets of the rating detailer and will be distributed as needed per NAVADMIN 231/17.
