Cinematografisch valt hier alleen maar te genieten: het contrast tussen het broeierige en zonovergoten verleden met het grijze heden kan niet groter. Vooral de scènes uit de eerste groep zijn fantastisch gefilmd. De vliegtuigscènes en de ontploffing springen er bovenuit.
