Phil Manzanera és el nom artístic de Philip Geoffrey Targett-Adams, nascut el 31 de gener de 1949 a Londres (), guitarrista i productor discogràfic, fill de pare anglès i mare colombiana. The child of an English father and Colombian mother, he was raised in various spots, including Hawaii and Cuba, and while living in Venezuela began playing guitar at the age of eight.
