Biografia - Nick Mason Pur essendo nato a Birmingham, Mason è cresciuto in un'agiata famiglia della borghesia inglese nell'elegante quartiere di Hampstead nel nord di Londra. Ha frequentato il Politecnico di Regent Street dove, insieme a Richard Wright, si unì a Roger Waters nel 1963 per formare il gruppo musicale Sigma 6.
