SOUNDGARDEN – Screaming Life/Fopp (1990) May 11th, 1990, Sub Pop Records released Screaming Life/Fopp, which compiled the Jack Endino-produced Screaming Life mini-album (first released on October 1st, 1987) with the Steve Fisk-produced Fopp EP (first released on August 1st, 1988) into one full-length album and released it on cassette and CD.

CD reissue combines Soundgarden's first two EPs: Soundgarden - Screaming Life EP and Soundgarden - Fopp. Screaming Life recorded in 1987 at Reciprocal Recording, Seattle. Fopp recorded in 1988 at the Moore Theatre with the Dogfish Mobile Recording Unit. Additional Mixing at Pace, Portland and Velvetone, Ellensberg.
Screaming Life. Screaming Life es el EP debut de Soundgarden, banda de grunge originaria de Seattle, Estados Unidos, editado en octubre de 1987 en el sello Sub Pop. Las primeras 500 copias del EP salieron a la venta en vinilo naranja convirtiéndose éstas en pieza de coleccionista. El resto de las ediciones del EP fueron editadas en vinilo negro.
Screaming Life/Fopp is a good album length EP on it's own merit. The production is murky and some will find it hard to swallow, for an introduction to 80s Soundgarden i would head for albums Ultramega OK and Louder Then Love, which are stellar efforts.
