John “J.C.” Curulewski. John “J.C.” Curulewski was one of the original members of Styx, having joined the band in 1970. He contributed to the band’s first four albums, which includes their 1972 self-titled debut, “Styx II,” “The Serpent Is Rising,” and “Man of Miracles.”
