Piano. Juilliard’s Piano Department is the second-largest department within the Music Division, representing approximately one-quarter of its total student enrollment. At the heart of the program is a distinguished faculty whose members enjoy international recognition for their work as soloists, chamber musicians, and teachers.

Scholarships, Loans, and Grants. The Office of Financial Aid administers scholarships, loans and grants to approximately 90% of the student body. These funds may come from institutional, federal, state or private sources.
prior to enrolling at Juilliard. Each entering class of 18 is comprised of 8-10 BFA and 8-10 MFA students. Some BFA students are right out of high school. However, in any given year, we might have BFA students in their 30’s and MFA students who are 22 and right out of college. What level of experience do you expect from applicants?
