Harold Allen Ramis (Chicago, Illinois, 21 de novembre de 1944 – Glencoe, Illinois, 24 de febrer de 2014) fou un actor, director i guionista estatunidenc, especialitzat en comèdia. Possiblement el seu paper més popular fou el d'Egon Spengler a Els caçafantasmes (1984) i Russell Ziskey a Stripes (1981); on també participà com a guionista a ambdues pel·lícules.
